Смена гражданства, каков порядок?
sportcan: какой порядок смены гражданства? через какой период времени можно представлять другую страну ? в олимпийском цикле ?-это возможно ? поделитесь !!

Ибрахим: За любую страну можно выступать как, только эта страна даст официальное гражданство.
sportcan: а если не даст ??или не спрашивать разрешения через 2 года? в новом олимп.цикле?
Ибрахим: В соответствии с потребностью в результате спортсмена, департамент спорта рекомендует(пишет рекомендации и лобирует) МИД своей страны о целесообразности скорейшего решения в пользу дачи позитива данному атлету.

binko: из конституции IWF (http://www.iwf.net/doc/handbook/Handbook(2009)_Constitution.pdf): 20.2 A condition of participation for a given country is that an athlete must hold the citizenship of that country, proven by passport. In the case of double or multiple citizenship, proven by a valid passport from the respective country(ies), any athlete may participate in international competitions representing not more than one country within a period of twelve (12) months. In case a country does not issue its own passport, for the determination of nationality the IWF accepts the applicable rules of the UN and/or IOC. т.е., атлет с двойным гражданством не может представлять более одной страны за 12 месяцев. 20.4 To represent a new country in international competitions, an athlete must change his/her citizenship. An athlete or official wishing to change nationality must obtain permission from the current nation, the new nation and then the IWF. In the case of a second or further change of citizenship, the condition of participation in international events is four (4) years’ of new citizenship, including one Olympic Games. т.е., смену гражданства должны утвердить старая страна, новая страна и IWF. . 20.5 For the Olympic Games, the IOC Eligibility Rules prevail. в случае олимпийских игр, правила IOC ценятся выше. правила IWF (http://multimedia.olympic.org/pdf/en_report_122.pdf): A competitor who is a national of two or more countries at the same time may represent either one of them, as he may elect. However, after having represented one country in the Olympic Games, in continental or regional games or in world or regional championships recognised by the relevant IF, he may not represent another country unless he meets the conditions set forth in paragraph 2 below that apply to persons who have changed their nationality or acquired a new nationality. 2. A competitor who has represented one country in the Olympic Games, in continental or regional games or in world or regional championships recognised by the relevant IF, and who has changed his nationality or acquired a new nationality, may participate in the Olympic Games to represent his new country provided that at least three years have passed since the competitor last represented his former country. This period may be reduced or even cancelled, with the agreement of the NOCs and IF concerned, by the IOC Executive Board, which takes into account the circumstances of each case. т.е., если атлет выступал(а) за старую страну, он(а) должен(а) выждать 3 года прежде чем могут выступать за новую страну в олимпийских играх. этот срок может быть отменен или уменьшен после рассмотрения особенностей IOC Executive Board-ом.
